It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept returns for 30 days after the shipment date. All items must be unworn and have all original packaging and tags. We ask that you try on your purchase over undergarments for hygienic purposes. Please note holiday sale items may only be exchanged (no refunds).
Return packages must be shipped prepaid by the customer using a trackable mail service such as FedEx or UPS. Please complete the form included with your package. If you no longer have this form, please email email@example.com.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase minus shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the requirements above.
